Curry Blast Recipe

 

  •  Fry 1 chopped onion in a pot with 1/4 cup oil till golden.
  • Add 1 tsp. ginger/garlic paste and 2-4 tsps. Curry Blast Masala.
  • Add meat/chicken/fish or veg & mix well, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add half a can tomato puree with 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp. sugar and 2 - 4 tbsps. of plain yoghurt (opt) and add salt to taste.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or till meat is cooked.
  • Drizzle with 1/4 cup fresh cream and garnish with coriander.
  • Note that Curry Blast can also be used to make a normal curry.
  • Alternatively u can use coconut cream instead of fresh cream.
