Mild/Medium/Hot/Kashmiri & Durban Blend Recipe

 

 
  • Fry 1 chopped onion in a pot with 1/4 cup oil till golden.
  • Add 1 tsp. ginger/garlic paste and 2-4 tsps. Masala.
  • Add meat/chicken/fish or veg & mix well, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add a fresh tomato.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or till meat is cooked.
