- Fry 1 chopped onion in a pot with 1/4 cup oil till golden.
- Add 1 tsp. ginger/garlic paste and 2-4 tsps. Masala.
- Add meat/chicken/fish or veg & mix well, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add a fresh tomato.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or till meat is cooked.
